Information We Process
The platform may process account details such as names, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, country, login status, and verification or password reset information. Users may also capture business, customer, company, contact, address, banking, invoice, quotation, line item, and payment reference information needed to create and manage documents.
Why We Process It
Personal information is processed to create and secure user accounts, verify email ownership, support password resets, generate invoices and quotations, maintain customer and supplier records, provide dashboard and document workflows, and protect the platform from abuse using reCAPTCHA.
Your Responsibilities
If you enter information about another person or business contact, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and that the information is relevant to the services, invoices, quotations, or records you manage on the platform. Avoid adding unnecessary or excessive personal information.
POPIA Rights
Data subjects may request access to their personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected or deleted where appropriate, object to processing where POPIA allows it, and complain to the Information Regulator if they believe their personal information has not been handled lawfully.
Security And Retention
The platform uses account authentication, verification flows, password hashing, and role-based access controls to reduce privacy and security risk. Information should be kept only for as long as needed for account administration, invoicing, audit, legal, tax, and operational purposes.
